“I wasn’t feeling right, so I took a break” Simi reveals why she stopped working out

Singer Simi Kosoko, simply known as Simi, has revealed the reasons she stopped working out. The singer shared a video of herself working out while her daughter, Adejare, joined her.

Simi disclosed that she stopped working out because she felt something broke in her the last time she did so. She went to the hospital, where she got checked, and nine days later, she was back on her feet.

She wrote, “The last time I worked out, I think I ‘broke’ something. I wasn’t feeling right, so I took a break. Went to the hospital to get checked (I’m good). 9 days later, I’m back at it – cos the longer you stop, the harder it is to keep going. My legs were wobbly after this lol”

Kemi Filani recalls that Adekunle Gold affirmed his love for Simi in celebration of her 35th birthday.

On social media, Adeunle God shared gorgeous photos of Simi and expressed gratitude towards her for standing with him through all their shared experiences.

The father of one recalled how he met his wife, ten years ago at Bogobiri and acknowledged her as his source of inspiration throughout that time.

Simi declared undying love towards her husband for his lovely birthday note. The mother of one who was at loss for words was confused about her emotions and whether she should cry or jump for joy.

Simi claimed there is no other after her husband because he is hers only.

She wrote, “I should cry abi I should not cry 🥹 I love you, Champ.

“After you, it’s you again – then you one more time. Then after that, it’s you also. Olowo ori mi.

“AG baby, we know whose baby you are. Orente crooner. Party No Dey Stop Maestro. Na man you be!”
